The Coaches' Coach

The most successful people I work with understand that becoming "the best" means never arriving; they are continually in process.

Personal coaching is all about YOU!

It’s about having a skilled and objective guide to help you get from where you are now to where you'd like to be. Whether you're looking to improve personally or professionally, hiring a coach is arguably the single greatest investment you can make in yourself.

During my experience in DI, DII, DIII and the WNBA I worked with athletes to develop the skills they need for individual and team success. As the Coaches' Coach I now work with coaches of all sports to achieve those same outcomes. My job as your coach is to work myself out of a job as quickly as possible; to help you develop the skills and capabilities to become self-generating and self-correcting in a way that benefits you for the rest of your life. (Yep. Seriously.)

If you’re ready (or even just curious) let's connect about how coaching can provide you with a competitive advantage.

Prior to working with Betsy, I had already spent a great deal of time “working on myself.” However, I felt like those efforts had hit a plateau, and I needed a coach to help get me to the next level of my personal development. I knew what I wanted me to “look like,” but not the steps to get there.  But even so, I’ll be 100% honest that I almost didn’t commit.  I was skeptical about whether the benefits would outweigh the costs. The results I was looking for aren’t exactly measurable in the traditional sense.

Hiring Betsy as a coach turned out to be one of the best investments in myself I’ve ever made. It wasn’t easy and it wasn’t always fun, but it was a truly transformative experience. I came away a more self-aware, confident version of myself; someone more willing to take risk and more willing to embrace the concept of the unknown.

Betsy’s authenticity, intuitive mind, compassion and overall commitment to facilitating and supporting my journey are what enabled me to realize my growth. Through her expert guidance, I pushed myself to the next level of me. I am forever grateful for the opportunity to have worked with Betsy.
